Palestinian American killed by Israeli settlers in West Bank

Saif Musallet was recently murdered in Sinjil, a town in the West Bank. He was visiting his family and was attempting to find a relationship, according to his father. Later, Musallet was beaten to death by Israeli settlers in the area along with another Palestinian man. There was a massive outpouring for his funeral, with hundreds lining the streets for him and the other man killed. Currently, many people are looking for an explanation from the Israeli government, who has been blamed for not allowing emergency services to reach him. His parents are attempting to put pressure on the U.S government to respond, which has led to an American call for Israel to investigate the circumstances. So far, Israel has stated that they will look into it, but Musallet's parents, along with other Palestinians, seem wary of this.
