Recently, footage of the Titan submersible has been released to the public as part of the ongoing trial against OceanGate. Over a year ago, the Titan imploded, killing all five on board. After it was confirmed that the sub imploded, part of the wreckage was brought up. However, as seen in the photo above, a large piece of the wreckage remains on the ocean floor. The family of French Explorer Paul-Henry Nargolet has sued OceanGnate for $50 million in damages. The lawsuit has brought multiple witnesses, with the majority having worked for the company. There have been reports that the company CEO, Stockton Rush, knew about the dangers of the submersible but ignored it and continued, resulting in his and the other four's deaths. The suit is still ongoing; however, it seems likely that OceanGate will lose.
