The two largest Big Tech corporations in the world have spurred up a duel as one accused the other on digital warfare.

Microsoft has announced that it is at the verge of suing Google for digital harassment, as allegedly the company unleashed a wave of "shadow companies" to criticize Microsoft's online business.
The two companies take up significant shares of the technology industry, both with double-digit portions of the pie. These companies have ramped up competition as they have equally tapped the same market: the Internet. While Google implored its online service, Microsoft has made a similar alternative: Microsoft Edge.
It makes sense why Google could make criticisms. It is competing for the exact same market, for the exact same pool of consumers, and fighting for very similar product lines.
On Monday, Microsoft deputy general counsel Rima Alaily, made an announcement of her company's desire to bounce back against its digital competitor. She made bold accusations, like how Google is actively encouraging and supporting digital attacks from European cloud providers.
Both Google and Microsoft stock surged following the attacks, as if one defeats the other in the legal battle, there could be reaped great rewards in the Big Tech market.
