The S.S United States has been delayed from moving for the second time by the US Coast Guard. The Ocean Liner was planned to be moved from Philidelphia port in order to start the preparations for scuttling. This has happened before, as in December, the Coast Guard delayed the moving due to issues that they feared would mess with the ship's structural integrity. There has been frustration due to the delays, as the ship has been bought by differnet companies and organizations, including Norwegian Cruise Lines. Even though they have shown interest in her, she has continued to remain in the same spot for decades.
